Come join Sarah Lindsay & Ida May for five days of yoga, vegan food, saunas and lake dips. Immerse yourself in the powerful duality of Yin and Yang with two daily 90 minute classes. Limited to 12 spaces, we’ll be hidden 2 hours north of Stockholm nestled within a pine forest centered around a lake (canoeing highly recommended)
Ida, a trained dancer, personal trainer and Yogi will be co teaching powerful vinyasa flows to help stoke the inner fires in the mornings, while Sarah will invite you to dig deep into the connective tissues of the body with evening yin practises, waking up the body on a deeply cellular level.
Each day you’ll enjoy two 90-minute yoga classes and three gluten free, vegan meals from the Shala kitchen.
There is no shortage of things to do during times off: sauna, dip in the lake, canoeing, beautiful long walks, horse riding, massages and reading from the on-site library.
