The Big Retreat Festival 2020

Passionate About Feel Good - 22nd - 25th May 2020
Lawrenny, Pembrokeshire, Wales

The Big Retreat Festival is a feel-good festival, in every sense of the word. 'Feel good' is just as much about an icy gin and tonic as it is a yoga class, because The Big Retreat is all about balance. It’s relaxing and energising in equal measures, a place to connect with others and with your own sense of self. Set in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park - the UK's only Coastal National Park.

The Big Retreat Festival’s aim is to delight. They have a lot of fun putting on this festival and want to make sure Big Retreaters have fun too. They are endlessly inspired by what is really a very special place that they call home, and want to share that with you.

The Big Retreat Festival aims to include as much as possible in your ticket price - encouraging you to explore, discover - try something new. Just give it a go! They have a programme of our very favourite things to do - from fitness to Gin, from Music to comedy, from Arts to spoon carving, Talks, Workshops on Breathing, Cookery demonstrations, a touch of circus and so much more.

Tickets include access to over 200 hours of activities , workshops, arts & crafts and live music. Professional massage therapies, hot tubs, reiki, jewellery making are available too at small extra costs.

To find out more see The Big Retreat news section.

With something for everyone, we’re sure you’ll Find Your Feel Good!

Ida & Josie work as a duo of yin and yang bringing yoga asanas, breathe work, guided meditation and healing to the everyday person as well as the seasoned yogi. They believe strongly in empowering people to find their own truth by owning and loving their story. Ida & Josie have run many retreats all around the world and continue their work individually as well as collectively under the name: NORDIC SISTERS.

They work closely in rhythm with Nature and align all their workshops, events and retreats with the seasons. Inspiring people to live in balance with nature and to understand that ‘it is not the Earth that belongs to us- it is us that belong to the Earth.’

They will be joining us in The Yoga Tents and teaching the following workshops
