The essence of Ida's teachings is FREEDOM. Every single breathe and asana in this session is initiated from freedom. We start the day moving through guided visualisation, breathe work, animalistic dynamic vinyasa flow you get to strip the layers of conditioning thinking right back to basics... giving way for YOU to shine through.
After the powerful blend of dynamic yoga we'll move into deeper slower tunes, into the yin zone, returning to YOU. Finding your centre, slowing down and learning to move from your highest POWER which is always LOVE.
This all is followed by a beautiful plant based BRUNCH, coffee, juice & bubbles to make you feel good inside and out.
